SSA Child Tracking U-DISE Format 1,2,3 Filling Details And Official Circular For All Gov./Private Schools

SSA is engaged in providing quality education to the children in the State of Gujarat through the primary and upper primary schools run by Government.SSA is Government of India's flagship programme for achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in a time bound manner.In Gujarat, SSA project is implemented by Gujarat Council of Elementary Education, an autonomous society registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 and Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.

It focuses and research on existing schools with inadequate teacher strength are provided with additional teachers, while the capacity of existing teachers is being strengthened by extensive training, grants for developing teaching-learning materials and strengthening of the academic support structure at a cluster, block and district level.During four years' successful roll-out of system, the State has built, maintained and updated the database of around 87 Lac students and tracked around 4 Lac students during school transfer every year.The system is designed, developed and rolled out in accordance with instructions received from MHRD, Government of India vide D.O. No.17-1/2011-EE-14 dated 27/08/2012. The Data Capture Format (DCF) was also finalized by MHRD.

* અમલ 1/1/16 થી.

* ગ્રેડ પે રદ થાય છે.

* છઠ્ઠા પે માં 1/1/16 ના રોજ જે બેઝિક + ગ્રેડ પે હોય તેને 2.57 થી ગુણવો.

* જે ફિગર આવે તેને 7માં પગાર પંચ ના કોઠા માં આપેલા પોતાને લાગુ પડતા બેઝિક અને ગ્રેડપે ના ખાના માં ચેક કરો. જો બરાબર આપની ફિગર આવે તો તે આપનો 1/1/16 ના રોજ બેઝિક પગાર થશે, અને જો તે રકમ ના આપેલ હોય તો તરત તે રકમ થી વધુ રકમ એટલે કે બંચિંગ મુજબ તે પછીના નીચેના ખાનામાં આપેલ રકમ આપનો બેઝિક થશે.

*DA શૂન્ય થશે.

* HRA, Medical અને CLA ના નવા દર હવે પછીના 4 માસમાં નક્કી થશે. નક્કી ના થાય ત્યાં સુધી પ્રવર્તમાન દર ચાલુ રહેશે.

* નવા દર સરકાર જે તારીખે સ્વીકારે તે તારીખે થી અમલ માં આવશે.

* વાર્ષિક ઇંક્રીમેન્ટ 3% રહેશે.

* ઇંક્રીમેન્ટ માટે 1/1 અને 1/7 એમ 2 તારીખો આવશે.

*નોકરીની મૂળ શરૂઆત ની તારીખ 1/1 થી 30/6 હોય તો ઇંક્રીમેન્ટ 1/1 ના રોજ અને 1/7 થી 31/12 હોય તો ઇંક્રીમેન્ટ 1/7ના રોજ આપશે તેવું લાગે છે.

* નવા બેઝિક માં HRA CLA અને Medical ઉમેરવાથી Gross Pay મળશે.

🕯Example of Fixation🕯

1/1/16 ના રોજ બેઝિક 59180 અને ગ્રેડ પે 10000 હોય તો 69180 x 2.57 = 177793 થાય. હવે કોઠામાં 37400-67000 માં 10000 ગ્રેડ પે માં 177793 પછી નો સ્ટેજ 182700 છે. તો 1/1/16 ના રોજ બેઝિક 182700 થાય.
